As part of the ongoing effort to maximize Facebook list making serious and important work time while the kids are home, I thought up five summer vacation lunch options that require little if any prep on your part.
1. Peanut butter and a loaf of bread.

2. Cut up veggies with hummus.

3. Cheese and crackers with fruit.
Get it yourself.
4. Cold meat, bread, lettuce and whatever.
Get it yourself.
5. Pasta salad.
It’s in the fridge. Get it yourself.

you totally missed bagles & cream cheese! We also love cold pancakes & peanut butter. And cold pizza. Really: any leftover anything actually.
Of course, bagels and cream cheese are a staple around here. I actually love cold pizza. Alas, I pancakes and pizza are something we never have leftovers of.
